Two-day SCALEUP BOOTCAMP 2025

At the invitation of the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research, NEXT-EM dooel participated in the two-day event ScaleUP Bootcamp 2025: a bootcamp for financing, digitalization and growth of scale-up enterprises, which took place on November 13 and 14, 2025, at the Public Room in Skopje. The event provided interactive sessions, expert presentations and case studies, in order for participants to find practical solutions to their challenges, i.e. companies are ready to advance their growth through technology, innovation and smart financing. During the bootcamp, participants had the opportunity to learn how to use data and artificial intelligence for better decision-making, how to build a culture of digital innovation in the company and how to maintain the balance between speed and stability during growth. There was also an overview of the latest technologies: artificial intelligence, blockchain and IoT, co-creation techniques, rapid prototyping and Design Thinking and the preparation and presentation of a successful investor pitch. The event was organized by the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research, in cooperation with Enterprise Europe Network Macedonia and the Policy Answers project. This event is in line with the recommendations and priorities set out in the TwinTech Connect 2025 Communiqué, which emphasizes the need to strengthen digital capacities, promote innovation culture and encourage cooperation between different actors in the ecosystem, as a prerequisite for further development and transition to Industry 4.0.
