MARnet Workshop

At the invitation of MARnet, NEXT-EM DOOEL participated in a workshop titled “Checking for Potential Conflicts Between Trademark Rights and the Domain Name Registration Process.” The workshop took place on September 30, 2026, at FINKI InnoLAB, starting at 1:00 PM. Following the arrival of the participants, MARnet Director Vladislav Bidikov delivered a welcoming address. The workshop consisted of two presentations featuring the authors and leading experts in the field. The presenters were  Dr. Ana Pepeljugoska Stojkoska, Attorney/Partner at the Pepeljugoski Law Firm, and Katerina Smiljkovic, Industrial Property Representative at Smiljkovic IP.
