AEC – Registration – Notification paper has been issued

NEXT-EM received registration – notification paper for public electronic communication service from Agency of electronic communications.

This means that NEXT-EM has the opportunity, rights and obligations of the provider of public electronic communications networks or provider of public electronic communications services, of course if it fulfilled conditions prescribed by law, regulation or act.
