Training for the internationalization of businesses
At the invitation of the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research (MIR), NEXT-EM participated in a training for internationalization of businesses, specially designed for women entrepreneurs, which was held in Hotel Thessaloniki, Skopje on June 18, 2024. The training is part of the “WE GO INTERNATIONAL & INCLUSIVE” project implemented by the Management and Industrial Research Foundation (MIR). This activity is part of the project “Activity to strengthen the business ecosystem” funded by the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Consulting for Strategic Development. The training was led by Mihail Kitanovski, General Director of D2EM Consulting, expert in internationalization and value chains. In an excellent atmosphere, women entrepreneurs had the chance to gain new knowledge about internationalization methods and tools, market assessment strategies and negotiation tactics with potential business partners, as well as connect with fellow entrepreneurs and exchange experiences. With the support of Mr. Mihail Kitanovski, they had the opportunity to create their own business plan for internationalization. Internationalization of businesses is crucial in today’s globalized world. This training is specially designed for women entrepreneurs who will acquire the knowledge and tools they need to successfully engage and thrive in the global market. Therefore, the training covered key issues in the field such as: Internationalization Methods and Tools, Market Assessment Strategies, Negotiation Tactics with Potential Business Partners and Business Communication with Potential Partners.
