Women’s Leadership Dialogue

Organized by the Association of Business Women, on March 6, 2026, at Hotel Solun, Skopje, starting at 10 am, an inspiring conference was held where the voice of women becomes a driving force for clean energy and climate neutrality. Under the motto “From Policymaking to Implementation”, we came together to encourage women’s engagement in energy communities and the path to climate neutrality by 2050. In the introductory discussion, Sanja Bozinovska – Minister at the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources, Daniela Dimovska – Director of the Agency for Innovation, Scientific and Technological Development and Entrepreneurship, and Valentina Disoska – President of the Association of Business Women, gave their presentations. The Panel Discussion was attended by Prof. Dr. Hristina Spasevska – Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEIT), Anastasija Ilieska – Director of the Financial Affairs Department at MEPSO – Director of the Financial Affairs Department at MEPSO, Ljubica Jachova – Licensed Certified Engineer and Architect and Evgenija Krstevska-Rajkovska – Environmental Consultant, ESG PRO LLC, Skopje. NEXT-EM LLC also actively participated.
