Digital transformation

At the invitation of the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research (MIR), in cooperation with the Policy Answers project and Enterprise Europe Network Macedonia, NEXT-EM dooel participated in a specialized training for companies that want to optimize their processes through modern digital solutions. The training was held on November 11, 2025. in the Public Room, starting at 11 am. At a time when technology is changing every aspect of business, digital transformation is becoming a prerequisite for competitiveness, efficiency and sustainable growth. This training is focused on companies that offer services and want to improve efficiency, customer communication and the quality of their services through digital tools and innovations. During the training, the most useful technologies for the service sector were discussed – CRM systems, cloud solutions, automation, analytics and tools based on artificial intelligence (including ChatGPT), with a special emphasis on data protection when using cloud platforms. The trainer of the training was Goce Dzurovski, who is an ERP consultant and project manager with many years of experience in digital transformation and optimization of business processes. He has participated in numerous projects funded by the EU, FITR, UNDP and USAID, as well as in the development and implementation of software solutions for companies from various sectors. With his technical and advisory knowledge, he actively contributes to improving the efficiency and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.
