Juridika Prima – “Current issues related to the operation of the central registry and legal entities”

At the invitation of Juridika Prima – Institute for Legal and Economic Research and Education, NEXT-EM attended a Seminar on Current Issues related to the work of the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia and legal entities, held on November 30, 2017. at Hotel Continental Skopje, starting at 10.30 am.

The seminar was opened by the Director of the Central Registry, Mrs. Marija Boškovska-Jankovska, with a welcoming speech on the current situation, novelties and challenges in the work of the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia.
Then there were topics on Current Issues related to the Trade Registry and the Register of other legal entities (registration, status changes, etc.) – exhibitor Mate Ivanovski – Registrar in the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia, Registration of data in the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia for bankruptcy and liquidation of trade companies – exhibitor Aco Petrov,President of the Chamber of Bankruptcy Trustees of the Republic Macedonia, Current problems in registering the pledge law in the Pledge Register and the Law on Enforcement – Exhibitor Phanika Trajkovska Ph. D., Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia, Status of the property of legal entities, revenues from legal entities and the succession of the family business – the exhibitor prof. Dr. Angel Ristov, associate professor at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” – Skopje.
