International Conference on Circular Economy
The Entrepreneurial Service for Youth Foundation (PSM) and the Management and Industrial Research Foundation organized an international conference to stimulate and accelerate the transition to a circular economy, which was held on November 23-24, 2022, at the Hilton Hotel, in Skopje.
Topics of the conference that were discussed were: Policies and measures for circular economy in the Western Balkans, Strategies for circular cities, Success stories of projects and companies and Insights into different business models and circular economy in different industries. The aim was to involve small and medium-sized companies, universities, research and development centers, organizations and associations and government representatives with circular economy solutions. The conference also focused on circular solutions, networking with the most innovative actors and partnering for future new businesses and research and development opportunities. The conference was followed by international bilateral meetings in order to encourage synergy and cooperation for research and development in the field of circular economy. NEXT-EM company also participated in the conference.
