Final Conference – The Importance of Chapter 20

The final conference of the project “Strengthening the capacities and mechanisms for supporting the reform process of Chapter 20”, funded by the European Union, took place on May 8th at 11:00 in hotel “Solun” in Skopje.

The purpose of the final conference was to summarize the results and benefits of the project, as well as to contribute to the promotion of the Platform Chapter 20. The conference also promoted the resource center www.poglavje20eu.org as well as the created educational videos, manuals and policy documents. At the conference with individual presentations, the civic organizations (participants) – the implementers of the eight national projects that were financed through the grant scheme of the project were presented. The project, which began with implementation in May 2017, aims to achieve coordination between CSOs, networking and monitoring policies for Chapter 20 at national and local level, to improve co-ordination and knowledge transfer with other relevant stakeholders. The project is implemented by the Foundation for Entrepreneurial Services for Youth, Foundation for Management and Industrial Research and Yavor Rural Development Association.
