Conference on Women’s Entrepreneurship and Access to Capital

The conference, held on 03.03.2020 (Tuesday), at the hotel Porta in Skopje, starting at 10:00 am, focused on supporting female entrepreneurship in the country and the region, networking women entrepreneurs at regional level and presentation of the measures for access to finance offered in our country, with the presence of NEXT-EM dooel.

Women in Adria – an online platform to support women’s entrepreneurship and promote successful business stories was presented by Ivana Matic, Director of the Network of Women Entrepreneurs in Croatia and owner of the Women in Adria web portal. In addition to Matic, several successful female entrepreneurs and proprietors of developed businesses addressed the event. Representatives of: European Bank for Reconstruction and Development spoke about access to finance in our country, Ministry of Economy, Fund for Innovation and Technological Development, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, Entrepreneurship Support Agency, and Fulm Savings House. The event is part of the “Women in Adria and CEED Hub for Supporting Women’s Entrepreneurship in Macedonia” project, which is supported by the Ministry of Economy of the Women in Adria Network in Croatia, while in our country the implementation partner is CEED Hub Skopje.
